You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. Here's how to do it and what to expect.

Send an email to the address below with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we'll process your request within 30 days.

You can request deletion of your data in two ways:
From your account settings
Log in to your Toolstudio account, go to Settings, and click "Delete Account" at the bottom of the page. This will immediately start the deletion process.
Via email request
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
What gets deleted
When you request data deletion, we remove:
Account Information
Name, email, password, profile data
Your Tools
All AI tools you created and their configurations
Usage Data
Analytics, interaction history, preferences
Payment Records
Billing info (after legal retention period)
What we may retain
In some cases, we're legally required to keep certain information:
- Transaction records — We may need to retain payment records for tax and accounting purposes for up to 7 years
- Legal compliance — Data required for ongoing legal proceedings or regulatory requirements
- Aggregated data — Anonymous, aggregated statistics that cannot identify you
Timeline
Request received
We'll send a confirmation email within 24 hours of receiving your request.
Verification
We may need to verify your identity to protect your data from unauthorized deletion.
Processing
Your data will be deleted from our active systems within 30 days.
Backup removal
Data in backups will be purged within 90 days as backups rotate.
Before you delete
A few things to consider before requesting deletion:
- This is permanent — Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered
- Export your data first — Download a copy of your tools and data from Settings before deletion
- Active subscriptions — Cancel any active subscriptions before requesting deletion
- Pending payouts — If you're a creator, ensure all pending payouts are processed first
